The Speaker again referred the following bill, which was in the Rules          
Committee, to the Finance Committee:                                           
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 269                                                            
"An Act making special appropriations for restoration projects                
relating to the Exxon Valdez oil spill and for oil spill response              
projects; and providing for an effective date."                                
                                                                               
HB 269 was removed from the Rules Committee and sent to the                    
Finance Committee.
